No we cannot take all types of household appliances. We can currently only take washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers & electric ovens. This is because we cannot handle refrigeration or gas products.
We can usually come and collect your appliance the next day. By using our booking form you can select your preferred day of collection and a member of our team will then make sure that your day has availability and reach out to you.
Yes we can come and collect your old appliance in the evening. We understand that you may have a busy schedule and the only time you are available for collection is in the evenings.
If you live in a flat which is up a flight of stairs then we can only collect your machine if you have a working lift in the building. We can not collect a machine that requires it to be lifted down a flight of stairs for safety reasons.
